1. Can parents order directly through the YV office?
Tickets are only available through your school teacher up until our deadline. The YV office will only process ticket applications from the teacher.
Once the deadline has passed tickets will be available from the venue Box Office, extra booking fees will apply.
2. Ticket and T-shirt deadlines
The Ticket and t-shirt orders must be received at the YV office by the 27th November, after the deadline tickets are only available through the venue Box Office, extra booking fees will apply.
3. Are there still tickets available?
Currently tickets are still available for all concerts.
Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of full payment.
4. Can teachers send in additional ticket and t-shirt orders?
We can accept multiple orders of both tickets and T-shirts subject to availability. Subsequent ticket orders may not be seated with your original order in the arena and T-shirts may not be sent with your original order so additional P&P may apply.
5. Where are the choir resources?
Choir resources are now available on our website. Click “Choir Resources” below or in the top left of the home page. You will need to register your details the first time you try to access the resources. The access code has been sent to your teacher.
6. Can Parents contact the YV Office directly?
Due to the need to focus on teacher enquiries and the potential number of calls/emails, we ask that parents do not contact the office directly as this could mean that we are unable to respond promptly to important school/teacher problems. Young Voices cannot accept orders from individual parents as all orders must be placed through the school. Most information that parents request have been given to the schools.
