Venue Opening Hours

The O2 Complex opens at 9am and is open till late. The earliest you can enter the actual Arena for the Young Voices concert is 6pm.

The Box Office is located to the left of the main entrance before you go through the doors of the O2 Tent.

The O2 Arena Box Office

The box office of the arena is open on event days at 12:00 up until 30 minutes after the main act goes on stage.

After Young Voices' deadline date and subject to availability, you can purchase tickets directly through the box office of the arena. If tickets become available there will be additional booking charges and in some cases this can be as much as 25% more than the face value of the ticket. The box office telephone numbers will be stated on the For Parents page, once they become available.

Always check with the box office before you travel to ensure you have the most up to date opening time information.

Safe Child Wristbands

Families visiting The O2 with kids can register and collect a free Safe Child Wristband from the Reception desk. Parents then provide their contact details and if they become separated from their child The O2 staff will use this information to contact the parents as quickly as possible.

Pre-Booked Coach and Car Parking

If you are driving to our concerts – it is cheaper to pre-book your parking than to pay on the day. If you haven’t booked parking in advance, you may still be able to get a space in one of the car parks – but it will be more expensive and cannot be guaranteed.
