Resorts World Arena - Birmingham
Box Office:
The box office of the arena is open on event days until 30 minutes after the main act goes on stage.
After Young Voices' deadline date and subject to availability, you can purchase tickets directly through the box office of the arena.
If tickets become available via the box office there will be additional booking charges and in some cases this can be as much as 25% more than the face value of the ticket. The box office telephone numbers will be stated on the For Parents page, once they become available.
Always check with the box office before you travel to ensure you have the most up to date opening time information. The Box Office is located at the main entrance.
Medical Facilities
The Genting Arena:
- There is a Medical Centre at the rear of Block 3. Qualified nursing staff are on duty when the Genting Arena is open. In an emergency, please notify a member of Security who will radio for a nurse.
- If you require a private area for personal care, (e.g. private changing facilities) please contact our medical centre in advance on 0121 780 4141 in order to discuss your particular requirements
In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of Security or any member of staff who will be pleased to help you. Alternatively, call the Medical Centre on 2222 using the internal telephones located inside the main venues.
