Stacey Solomon

Stacey Solomon, 23 year old single mother from Dagenham Essex. After coming third in ITV’s Talent Show, The X Factor, Stacey is pursuing her dream to be a singer, by touring and gigging all over Europe. In The X Factor Stacey wowed the judges with her unique version of “What a Wonderful World” back in her first audition. From then on, she sailed through to bootcamp, judges houses, made it into the final 12, made it into the X Factor 2009 Live Tour and finally onto The X Factor 2009’s last standing female contestant. Stacey came third against second place, Olly Murs, and winner Joe Mcelderry. The end of 2010, Stacey Solomon signed up for ITVs I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. Stacey Solomon rose to fame in The X Factor 2009 and went on to gain number singles in both the UK and Irish Singles chart with her fellow finalists with a cover of “You Are Not Alone”.

Stacey said “I am so excited to be involved in Young Voices, the moment I found out about the tour I knew I had to do it, I can’t wait to sing along with all the children and feel the energy of a choir that size.

Stacey has been in the studio recording her debut album due for release next year and will be performing tracks from the album whilst on tour with the Young Voices choir.
