Andy Instone

Each member of the Creative Team was asked to give 10 fun facts about themselves. Here is what Andy said:

  1. I once did a moonwalk dressed as a guerrilla on the main stage at Glastonbury.
  2. I have written a children's book entitled "Pochella". It's the story of an adopted unicorn who resides in Scunthorpe and her ensuing challenge of going against the norms of society and following her dream of becoming a social worker against the wishes of her parents.
  3. I played Roger Red Hat at the Holmer Green First School Christmas show. I was nominated for an Emmy and 2 BAFTA's for this performance. I didn't win either but it was just so nice to be nominated and appreciated for my craft.
  4. I achieved a 'highly commended' for my Grade 3 tap exam.
  5. I won the Haven Holiday Talen Show when I was 8. I won a £10 book token.
  6. When I was 14 I named by bicep's Ant and Dec because although they were both adored by millions, structurally - one is in fact bigger than the other.
  7. I have a keen interest in Military History.
  8. This fact is number 8.
  9. I am a full time paid member of the Robert Downey junior fan club and receive a bi-monthly magazine entitled 'Rob's World' - where I'm occasionally a contributing editor.
  10. Most of my self portraits (which I draw regularly) end up looking like Robert Downey Jr. Mainly because when I close my eyes all I can see is Iron Man.
  11. I don't like being restricted to just 10 facts.
