1.45–2.15 pm

Choirs arrive at the Arena and teacher in charge will lead their choir to their seats. Stewards will be available to assist. You will receive full details of choir seating in the Arena and teachers sitting with the choir approximately one week before the concert. Final numbers in your choir must be confirmed no later than the end of September.

2.30 pm

Rehearsal commences (Late choirs will miss start). Once the rehearsal has started children should not go to the toilets in large groups as this can be extremely distracting. Neither should children ever go by themselves. Small groups of up to 5 are advised.

5.00 pm

Rehearsal for the choir ends and children can take one hour tea break. Children will need to bring packed tea or if they would like to buy any food/drinks the arena food outlets will be open during this period. Children must not leave
the arena.

6.00 pm

Children must be back in their designated seats ready for the Concert.

7.00 pm

Concert commences.

9.15 pm

Concert ends. All children must remain in their seats until audience has dispersed. Choirs are not to leave early because it ruins the end of the concert for others and also the audience. Coaches will return to school where the children will be collected by parents.
