How it works

Parents must submit a Parent Ticket Order Form (along with a cheque made out to the School) to their teacher in charge of the choir at their child’s school.

We do this because:

1. The Young Voices Office knows where your child’s choir is sitting, and collectively, we can always allocate the best tickets (usually opposite) so that you have the best viewing position for your choir and your child.

2. We can monitor ticket sales more easily and make sure that everyone gets their fair share of tickets (sending reminders to those schools that haven’t booked yet).

3. Tickets are more expensive once they are handed over to the Arena Box Office due to booking fees. They are also and often not best suited for seeing your choir.

PARENTS CANNOT BUY DIRECT FROM THE ARENA BOX OFFICE DURING THE OFFICE BOOKING PERIOD BECAUSE OF THE REASONS LISTED ABOVE. THEREFORE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REACH THE DEADLINE SUPPLIED BY YOUR CHILD’S MUSIC TEACHER.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: During the above period, tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Although the office can process orders up until the above dates, we cannot guarantee availability of tickets. The later you leave your Master Ticket Orders the less availability we have.
